About the Role: KodNest is seeking passionate individuals who have a strong grasp of programming languages like Java or Python, along with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and APIs, and who are keen to transition from development to training. This unique position allows you to leverage your technical skills while shaping the next generation of tech professionals. Responsibilities: Training and Development: Conduct training sessions in Java or Python, and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Develop and refine training materials and curriculum based on current industry standards. Mentoring: Guide students through their learning process, offering support and advice, particularly in areas related to coding, project development, and problem-solving. Course Management: Ensure courses are up-to-date with the latest tech trends. Regularly assess and improve course content and teaching methods. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with students. Facilitate a positive and productive learning environment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and the curriculum development team to enhance the overall training experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in software development, with a strong command of Java or Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and APIs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
