Job description
Key responsibility:
1. Attend sales handing over meetings and internal kick-off meetings to seek inputs on timelines, budget/cost of the project.
2. Finalize planning methodologies for smooth project execution during internal kick-off meeting.
3. Prepare and issue project schedules for inter disciplinary checks to all stakeholders. Establish and issue baseline projects schedule incorporated all stake holders comments.
4. Extract critical path which affects project completion and make mitigation plans.
5. Prepare progress measuring graphs S-Curves to track the current status of the project.
6. Provide early warnings of projects to Project Manager and stake holders.
7. MIS for Management and client submission.
8. Assist project management team to evaluate project performance.
9. Should take active part in identifying and tracking the risks of projects.
Technical Competencies :
1. Hands on experience with software tools - Primavera, SAP, Advanced Excel (Mandatory)
2. Hands on experience of project tracking by Earned value system.
3. Should be acquainted with project coordination / dealing with clients / vendors and should be well conversant with construction activities like civil / Mechanical / Electrical, insulation and instrumentation installation etc.
Knowledge and Skills:
Time Management skills, Analytical skills, Team Player, Knowledge of other engineering disciplines, Effective communication within team and with stakeholders (Written and Oral).
