Position Title :Safety Coordinator ( Shift Working) Location : Silvassa Qualification :
Diploma Engineer or Science Graduate with Diploma in Industrial Safety from Board of technical Education. Additional Qualification : NEBOSH / IOSH Experience : 3-6 years in Manufacturing company Job Description: Statutory compliances regarding PCC, Fire Dept., Factory inspectorate, etc. Emergency Preparedness Plan, fire protection system, Sprinkler system, etc. Safety Trainings & Documentation related to Safety . Regular audits , Inspections & MIS reports. Knowledge of LOTO, Machine guarding, Working at height, PIV programs BBS/ STEP program & leading BBS/STEP observations in shop floor. Task inventory & WES-JHA & preparing WES-JHA. PJHA, PPE assessment. Investigation for Near Miss/ Incidents or accidents with mitigation plan. Implement CAPA. Proactively review and mitigate injury /accident potential area through implementing appropriate prevention methods and systems in line with company policy and EHS frameworks (such as high risks of LOTO, JSA, machine guarding, confined space, work at height etc.). HSE inspection of Work Area, Work Method, Men and Machinery, scaffoldings, tools and tackles and systems. Safety committee meeting coordination & report preparationJob tags
