Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Admissions Counselor located in Pune, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing customer service, sales and education-related information to students and their families. The Admissions Counselor will also need to communicate and engage with prospective students interested in UG/PG courses. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for managing end-to-end admissions processes and conducting career counseling sessions for the students.

Salary - 4,5 to 7,5LPA

Location - Pune

Admissions Manager - 05 opning

Team leader -05 opning

Admissions counslers - 25 opning

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in education and counseling
• Knowledge of the education system and admission processes in India
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field (Master's degree in the same will be beneficial)
• Experience in a similar role or in the education sector is preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end admission processes smoothly
