Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 5- 8 years of experience. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of taxation within the organization, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Indian tax laws and strong analytical skills.

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

• Handling tax audit and filing of India Income tax returns.
• Ensuring TDS/TCS all other income tax compliances.
• Handle transfer pricing and related forms like Form 3CEB, 3CEAA etc.
• Handle SFT form (form 61A) and reporting entity compliances.
• Manage GST filings and GST annual returns & s upervise statutory audits (COI, Tax, Deferred tax.)
• Ensuring GST vendor reconciliations to minimize ITC loss & e nsuring GST refund filings and track refund claims.
• Handling vendor/customer queries with respect to tax & h andling litigations and assessments.
• Work closely with external auditors and tax consultants and ensure company tax obligation is optimized.
• Manage quarterly advance tax computation and deposit.
• Proficient with tax accounting and deferred tax calculations & m aintains tax records for historical purposes, audits and ensures records are up to date.

Basic Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or similar professional degree with relevant experience.
• 5-7+ years of relevant India direct and indirect tax experience, including a strong understanding of India corporate tax compliance and planning, international tax, tax accounting, and judicial precedents.
• Knowledge of India GST provisions applicable to IT industry

• Will require late evening work to overlap US work hours.
