Role : Talent Partner Lead

Your Role
As the Talent Partner Lead Aptiv, TCI, you will play an important role in building and managing our talent strategy. You will be a strategic partner to our business leaders and work closely with them to develop and implement talent solutions that enhance our ability to attract and engage top talent
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, align talent strategies with objectives, and provide guidance to hiring managers.
- Partner with HR business partners for cohesive communication and alignment on talent programs.
- Business partnering: Proactively identify business needs, offer innovative solutions, and provide insights on the talent landscape.
- Talent acquisition approach: Lead recruiters, employ innovative sourcing strategies, measure effectiveness with data, and enhance processes.
- Candidate engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience, foster engagement, and promote employer brand awareness.
- Responsibilities: Develop talent strategies aligned with business objectives, partner with leaders, manage recruiters, and drive employer brand awareness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- 10+ Years of Experience in Talent Partnering for diverse job families and functions, implementing pipelining methodologies, and using data-driven approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Strong time management, prioritization, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, business partnering, recruitment metrics, and multitasking.
Bonus points if you have experience in any of the following areas:
- Experience in technical recruitment or working with hard-to-fill roles
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices and initiatives
- Social media recruitment experience
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with offer management
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Recruitment Project management experience
- Strategic planning and implementation skills
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
