Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales professional to join our team at Realty Smartz Pvt Ltd. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including residential and commercial properties
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and CRM software
- Valid real estate license
Roles And Responsibilities - Generate leads and prospect new potential clients in the real estate market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide guidance and support to clients in the buying, selling, or leasing process
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the closing of sales deals
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
