Reservations Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Supervisor at Howard Johnson By Wyndham Udaipur located in Udaipur. The Reservations Supervisor will oversee daily reservations operations, supervise reservations staff, train new staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Reservations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in training and supervising staff
• Customer Satisfaction skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of reservation systems and procedures
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
