VMware JD: In-depth knowledge on working of ESXi Server & vCenter Server(5.x, 6.x). Architect and develop customer solutions based on current hands-on knowledge of the VMware. product line, storage, networking, management, and associated customer business processes. Experience in architecting, designing and deploying virtualized infrastructures, ideally with a special emphasis on VMware vSphere 6.5. Good troubleshooting skills related to VMware vSphere products specially, ESXi, VCSA. Experience in scripting eg. PowerShell, PowerCLI. Proven experience with IT automation systems (BMC, HP, IBM/Tivoli, CA) . Understanding of computer server architectures, including peripheral interfaces (SCSI, RAID, Ethernet) and multi-processor designs (SMP). Knowledge on VMware Datacenter and Management Products like vSphere, vCenter Converter, Lab Manager, VROPS, Capacity IQ etc. is must. Hardware: Hands on Servers (HP/DELL/HP/IBM) Work independently and as a member of a team of consultants on engagements with customers, often in a technical leadership role. Mandatory to have good hands on experience on Dell Server, IDRAC, SNMP configurations. Provide architectural guidance and oversight into integration of VMware products with third party capacity management and monitoring, high availability solutions. Work independently and as a member of a team of consultants on engagements with customers, often in a technical leadership role. Participate in the pre-sales process to understand customer business and technical objectives and product requirements, in order to develop effective solutions. Document best practices in developing and deploying VMware solutions, and feed them into our knowledge base for reuse by customers and partners.Nutanix : Monitoring, Installations, configurations, Administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Nutanix system. Manage Nutanix upgrade, patching and operations. Manage, install and configure Nutanix Nodes. Build and manage Nutanix cluster. Hands on experience with Prism Central deployment and Prism element registrations. Foundations of Nutanix on HPE hardware. Hands-on on Nutanix image service and SSP (self-service portal) configurations. SMTP alert configurations, VLAN creations. Nutanix Storage configurations (Storage pools, Container, Volume Group and Virtual disk creations). Hands on experience on Nutanix snapshots and restore. Nutanix protection domain configuration and management. Nutanix Files deployment and configurations. Depth knowledge of technologies like Deduplications, compression. Depth knowledge of scripting, nCLI & ACLI. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
