Roles and Responsibilities : Market Research:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate sector. Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data, including property valuations, investment returns, and cash flow projections to assess the viability of potential real estate investments. Due Diligence:

Perform due diligence on potential real estate projects, including reviewing legal documents, zoning regulations, and environmental reports. Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate various real estate scenarios and investment strategies. Risk Assessment:

Identify and assess potential risks associated with real estate transactions, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks. Report Generation:

Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, investment opportunities, and risk assessments for stakeholders and senior management. Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and development, to gather relevant information and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Market Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, economic indicators, and real estate market dynamics to inform decision-making. Investment Recommendations:

Provide recommendations based on thorough analysis and evaluations, highlighting potential opportunities for real estate investment or divestment. Communication:

Effectively communicate complex financial and market concepts to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Qualifications: Proven experience as a Real Estate Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Knowledge of real estate market trends, valuation methods, and investment principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and other relevant tools.
