Job Title: NetSuite WMS Consultant Responsibilities: Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their warehouse management needs and objectives. Conduct thorough assessments of existing warehouse processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement NetSuite WMS solutions customized to meet client requirements. Configure and customize NetSuite WMS modules to optimize warehouse workflows. Ensure seamless integration with other NetSuite modules and external applications. Training and Support: Provide comprehensive end-user training during and post-implementation to ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite WMS. Address and resolve user inquiries and issues related to NetSuite WMS, providing ongoing support as needed. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated about the latest NetSuite updates, industry trends, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a NetSuite WMS Consultant or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation. In-depth knowledge of NetSuite WMS modules and their integration capabilities. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. NetSuite certification(s) in WMS or related modules is a plus. Note: This position is for experienced professionals with a proven track record in NetSuite WMS implementation and optimization.Job tags
