Manage incoming calls transferring them to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Provide information about the organization products or services.
Relay messages accurately and promptly.
Schedule and manage appointments meetings and conference room bookings.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with a professional and friendly approach.
Issue visitor badges and maintain a log of visitors.
Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals
Polite and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail in maintaining a tidy and efficient reception area.
