Job description
Position: Office Executive
Location: Nehrunagar Circle, Ahmedabad
Salary: 10,000-15,000 INR per month
Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and organizing files.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide support to visitors by directing them appropriately.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
