Job description

**Key Responsibilities:*
1. **HR Administration:**
- Provide administrative support to HR functions, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of employee files and records.

2. **Training & Development:**
- Coordinate and organize training programs for employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.

3. **Attendance Management:**
- Monitor and manage employee attendance records.
- Generate attendance reports and provide insights to HR management.

4. **Payroll Processing:**
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

5. **Compliance:**
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

6. **Recruitment:**
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial candidate screenings, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in HR preferred.
- 6 months of relevant HR experience is required.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
