Project management

· Collaborate with clients (Govt & Pvt officials) and project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.

· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines

· Monitor project progress and provide reports

· Conduct regular inspection to monitor project quality and identify areas for improvement

Stakeholder Engagement:

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with the clients & government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the MRF project.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any issues or changes.

Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, minutes of the meetings, and relevant correspondence.

· Prepare regular status reports for government officials and stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, risks, and accomplishments.

· Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures related to the MRF project

· Ensure timely invoicing to client, payment collections and cash flow projections against the defined project timelines.

Survey:

· Stake holder mapping, audits and material characterization

· Excellent people skills with ability to conduct surveys and field work.

· To utilize the designed framework and oversee the data collection process. Data analytics to draw constant feedback and redesign the project execution constantly.

· Establish audit templates and oversee execution of audits being conducted across the District. Take necessary measures to enable compliance as per audit requirements.

· Design and supervise supply chain mapping across the District for dry waste management and establish relationships with authorized end destinations for waste.

Technical Support:

· Provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and stakeholders involved in the setup of the MRF.

· Equipment Selection and Procurement: Collaborate with the project team to identify suitable equipment, machinery, and defining specifications.

· Assist in the procurement process by evaluating vendors, obtaining quotes, and tender process. Installation and Configuration: Oversee the installation and configuration of MRF equipment, including conveyor, balers, and other machinery. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and equipment suppliers to ensure proper setup and integration and Training of the MRF operator on plant operation

MRF Consultancy

· MRF consultancy projects for Government & private waste management organizations and field visits as per the requirement

· To keep a close watch on tendering of MRF consultancies called by various Government & private bodies.

· In charge of responding to MRF-related inquiries and creating proposals in accordance with client needs

· Maintain database of customers, orders and enquiries in-house CRM.

· To facilitate the establishment of MRF for ZWP in the new cities

· Establish and promote MRF equipment sales to the WMA and other relevant stakeholders.

· Identify risks and plan to mitigate risks related to consultancy projects.

Requirements

3+ years of working experience in solid waste management/sustainability/development sector
