Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the fintech aggregator space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and channel management, particularly in the Direct Selling Agent (DSA ) and Freelance channels. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding our network of DSA and freelance partners. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for both partners and clients.
The Role Channel Management Your responsibilities will include: - Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain DSA and freelance partners to drive business growth.
- Establish strong relationships with existing and potential partners, understanding their needs and providing timely support.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive steps to enhance productivity.
Sales Leadership - Lead a high-performing sales team focused on achieving targets and objectives within the fintech aggregator space.
- Develop sales goals and strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Business Development - Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships within the fintech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor product offerings to the needs of DSA and freelance partners.
Performance Analysis And Reporting - Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to the management team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed strategic decisions.
Relationship Management - Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure clear and effective communication to address any issues, feedback, or concerns promptly.
Ideal Profile - Proven track record of at least 4-6 years in sales management, specifically within the fintech industry and DSA/freelance channel management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of fintech products, services, and the aggregator landscape.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
