We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA / B.Com Freshers - 2022 / 2023 pass out) who will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of IT industry.
Responsibilities - Experience in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Gmail and Outlook.
- Experience with Zoom.
- A strong desire to learn and understand new concepts and technologies.
- Identify potential clients, industries, and markets for IT solutions and services.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and presentations to understand their IT needs and challenges.
- A basic understanding of IT solutions and services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Clearly communicate requirements, priorities, and project updates to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in B.A, B.Com (2022 / 2023 pass out).
