Job Purpose The Procurement team is looking for a highly motivated, organized, detailed oriented, and proactive individual with excellent analytical skills, programming skills, communication skills, and business acumen to join our team as a Procurement Data Analyst.
The Procurement Data Analyst will help build reporting and analytics and maintain data sources and inventory. The role includes but not limited to data reconciliation, audit, business scoping, requirements gathering, data visualization, reporting, analysis, and automation. The ideal candidate will want to reconcile data and maintain data sources to ensure accuracy in reporting.
Responsibilities - Reconcile and maintain large sums of data to create reports and dashboards
- Look for ways to automate and enhance reporting
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and scope
- Work cross-functionally with different teams liaising business and technical requirements
- Define data sources and build connections, audit/reconcile data, and create and maintain reporting
- Create and maintain storyboards, reporting, data visualizations, analysis, and presentations
- Document run books
Knowledge And Experience - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years of experience
- Must love data and be detail oriented
- Must be proficient in Tableau, ServiceNow, Excel, and Power BI. Snowflake is a plus
- Experience in reconciling data, maintaining a database, and preparing data to support analytics
- Working with relational databases, concepts, and designs
- Able to process and analyze large volumes of data and take complex information and translate into clear and concise reporting including executive summaries
- Familiarity with Data Governance
- Experience working with senior management
