1. Building and maintaining relations for potential customers for real estate as well as the developers team. 2. Doing the primary research of the market and keeping the sales team updated of internal knowledge . 3. Organizing events for generating the leads for getting the prospects. 4. Presenting the projects to clients negotiating with the clients as well as real estate developers. 5. Helping the customers for documentation of loans and other papers for agreement. 6. Responsible for selling Real Estate In Commercial and Residential 7. Managing a team of Portfolio Managers, & BDE s 8. Maintaining Strong Relationship with Developers, Real estate corporates, third party Channels, New Existing Clients 9. Responsible for Revenue Maximization, and lead generating with the support from Marketing team through various digital Campaigns 10. Conducting competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share
