Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Partner located in Rajarhat. The Retail Partner will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. The Retail Partner will be collaborating with team members on the sales floor to provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Prior experience in a retail sales environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
Relevant skills that will be beneficial include problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
