Overview:
The Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. They are responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues providing product and service information and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face. The Customer Care Executive serves as the first point of contact between the organization and its customers making their role integral to maintaining positive customer relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Providing accurate valid and complete information to customers
- Handling customer complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Keeping records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Following communication procedures guidelines and policies
- Handling customer inquiries and providing support for products and services
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint
- Keeping abreast of product and service information
- Contributing to team efforts and achieving team and department targets
- Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Assisting with placement of orders refunds or exchanges
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer service focus with a problemsolving attitude
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
