Summary:
The Franchise Manager is responsible for the development and management of the International Institute of Aviation Institute's franchise program. This includes identifying and recruiting qualified franchisees, providing them with the support and resources they need to be successful, and ensuring that they are operating in compliance with the International Institute of International Institute of Aviation brand standards and quality requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the growth and development of the International Institute of International Institute of Aviation franchise program.
• Identify and recruit qualified franchisees.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to new and existing franchisees.
• Monitor franchisee performance and ensure compliance with brand standards and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales programs to promote the International Institute of Aviation Institute's franchise program.
• Represent the International Institute of Aviation Institute at franchise industry events and conferences.
• Manage the International Institute of Aviation Institute's franchise database and CRM system.
• Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance to the Vice President of Franchise Development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in franchise development or management.
• Strong understanding of the International Institute of Aviation industry and the challenges and opportunities facing franchisees.
• Excellent sales and marketing skills.
• Proven ability to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
