Job Opportunity: SAP HCM Canada Payroll Specialist
Contract Type: Permanent
Location Options: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad
Job Description:
- Required Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 4 years specifically in SAP HCM.
- Primary Worksite: Hyderabad
- Shift Pattern: Rotational, including 6 months of UK shifts (1 PM - 10 PM) and 6 months of night shifts (5 PM - 2 AM).
Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 12 years in IT, with a preference for SAP HCM experience.
- At least 4 years in designing and configuring SAP CA Payroll.
- Participation in 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP/EC CA Payroll is essential.
- Expertise in CA payroll as a subject matter expert.
- Skills in payroll catalog creation, third-party remittance, off-cycle payroll processing, pre-DME and DME, and garnishments management.
- Proficient in pay statements, taxation, year-end adjustments, and tax forms (Adobe and Mag Media).
- Experience with benefits configuration and integration with external systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Compensation and Time Management integration.
- Ability to create and define custom operations and rules.
- Experience with year-end activities, support packs implementation, and legal changes.
- Proficient in HR-FI integrations and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work in US Hours Shift.
