Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Diagnostic Expert Trainer at Sri Chima Tata Cars. The individual will be responsible for training and educating sales executives, service advisors, technicians, and dealerships on diagnosing faults and errors within Tata Motors Passenger Cars. The role will also involve diagnosing and troubleshooting complex faults and errors, conducting workshops, and developing training material.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, with a focus on Tata Motors' Passenger Cars.
- Experience in conducting technical workshops and training sessions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in the automotive industry or technical training is preferred.
