Job description
Job Title: Creative Director / Art Director
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Director / Art Director to lead our design team in producing innovative and impactful digital and print creative solutions for our clients' marketing needs. As a candidate, you should possess a deep understanding of graphic design, diverse styles, and layout techniques. Your role will involve overseeing projects from concept to production, including websites, brochures, and social media creatives, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Expertise: Demonstrate a robust understanding of Brand Building, Packaging Design, and Design systems, ensuring cohesive and compelling visual identities.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibit excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency. Be aware of and responsive to global cultural nuances influencing design.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Points of Contact (POCs) to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Collaborate with senior and junior designers to ensure a unified and impactful visual message.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively articulating design thinking and concepts. Provide constructive feedback and direction to team members.
- Project Management: Organize and plan project details for multiple assignments, making informed decisions to meet deadlines. Contribute individually and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry developments and tools, integrating the latest design trends and technologies into our creative processes.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrate a track record of success in roles such as Designer, Graphic Designer, Visualizer, or a similar position.
- Design Proficiency: Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color theory, web layout design, print production, and image selection. Proficient in tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Portfolio: Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting your graphic design skills and the ability to create visually stunning and effective designs.
- Adaptability: Incorporate feedback effectively and be receptive to direction. Work seamlessly as part of a team, fostering collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
