Manager - Business Intelligence & Reporting

As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward a greater focus on the use of data and strengthening our capabilities, we are seeking a Delivery Lead, Business Intelligence, and Reporting.In this role, you will manage and lead the provision of relevant Business Intelligence that enables the organization with necessary, timely insights to drive business decisions, build our dynamic advantage and help differentiate in the market through faster and better execution.

DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include

. Manage BI & Reporting BAU and effective stakeholder management.

. Manage BI & Reporting products.

. Manage DIA BI & Reporting on various strategic initiatives as they arise and enable the development of the function and related capabilities.

. Oversee the design/production/change for BI reporting.

. Contribute to best practices and standards to ensure a consistent approach to BI reporting.

. Raising data gaps to the DIA Data Quality team so that accurate information flows in our Data Architecture.

. Partner with key areas within DIA, GT, and across business stakeholders for any BI requirement.

. Develop BI & Reporting talent across AXA XL, while embracing inclusion and diversity, to enable usage and value creation through our strategic digital, data, and analytics assets.

. Instil a customer-first culture, prioritizing service for our business stakeholders above all.

. Contribute to the development of the Business Intelligence team's tools, skills, and culture and bring favorable impact.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

. A minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline.

. Relevant experience in a data role (analytics, specialist, or engineer) supporting multiple specialty areas of Data and Analytics

. Experience management, leading programs, or colleagues.

. Experience in PowerBI & SQL. Experience in the Insurance industry would be an added advantage.

. Ability to communicate well with the leadership team, peers, and teams across the globe, manage stakeholders effectively, and navigate a matrixed global organization.

. Strategic leader with robust business acumen, project management, and commercial awareness.

. Brings in a collaborative spirit, a can-do attitude, and a Customer First mindset.

. Requires a combination of solid execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to 'connect the dots.

. Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management and customer interaction.

. Passion for digital, data, and AI and experience working within a digital and data-driven organization.
