Job description
Client: MNC into design, manufacture, erection and commissioning of Rolling Mill Complexes, Processing Lines, Chemical equipment, industrial furnaces and wide range of equipment for domestic and global steel industry.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Study the customer's site and equipment process to find suitable technical solution to bring the new business for new applications.
- Provide Equipment and services for the treatment of steel and non-ferrous metals related to pickling,acid regeneration, cold rolling, finishing lines (galvanizing, annealing and coating lines…) andautomation
- Techno-commercial activities (Technical Sales, Technical offer preparation, Technical offer evaluation.
- Analyze technical specifications in tenders to define equipment and service requirements,
considering performance, capacity, power, specific needs, environmental conditions etc.
- Coordinate and calculate bill of materials, quantities, general arrangement drawings, and
process diagrams to establish bid prices.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, handling associated bids, and ensuring the successful negotiation of technical contracts.
- Sizing and calculations of equipment and systems to ensure accurate performance specifications.
- Attend and validate design reviews during both proposal and design stages, providing technical expertise and approval
Incumbent profile:
- Highly accomplished and result oriented Steel industry professional with more than 12 years of managing versatile roles in field of Processing Line,Furnaces,Hot and Cold Rolling Mill (HSM & CRM).
- In-depth Knowledge of technical services during complete Project Cycle (Project Concept Stage to design to commissioning to handover and maintenance).
- Working experience with both side i.e. OEMs and Steel Producers.
