What you'll do...
About Team: Enterprise Business Services is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, Procurement, People, Associate Digital Experience. At Walmart Global Tech in India that works on building solutions for various business functions and for multiple Walmart markets, you'll have the opportunity to define, implement, and deliver products that enable procurement process using SAP / open stack technologies.
What you'll do: - Through this role you'll have an opportunity to participate in the design, development and support of new/existing SAP solutions and functionalities in Procurement domain
- Capability to understand Business requirement and mapping the same with Integration requirements.
- Propose solution design, take responsibility for Integration Design, Development, Testing and Production deployment.
- Good Communication skills, Engage with Stakeholders and build confidence. Prioritizing Customer satisfaction and focusing on Business results
- You'll also get to collaborate with team members to develop best practices and analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and/or testing to help rollout new solutions as well as improve existing ones.
- You will work with software engineers & architects, product/program managers, cross-functional teams and finance teams in an agile manner to build and release product features that caters to business requirements.
- You may contribute to design and architecture of solutions, create proof of concepts for operation excellence of procurement solutions within SAP by seeking ways to improve effectiveness of solutions, and work to remove performance impacting barriers thus increasing efficiency of our solutions
- Ensure timely completion of projects, and delivery of critical and measurable project objectives, and communicate effectively to all stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Develop and maintain all documentation (design specifications, guides, and diagrams).
- You will support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all team associates are confident in the use of software applications
- Ensure compliance with security practices/guidelines, and relevant technology standards, promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
What you'll bring: - MBA/ B.E./B.Tech from a reputed institution with around 4-6 years of IT experience
- 4+ years of experience in SAP MM, SAP Inventory Management, SAP Procurement mainly with Indirect Procurement
- Experience in rollout / implementing SAP S4 HANA Procurement solutions.
- In depth understanding of two or more functional domains such as Materials Management (Procurement, Inventory Management, Article Master data, Vendor master data etc..), Warehouse Management (WM)
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices and techniques
- Ability to read, interpret and administer contract specifications within the Procurement process.
- End-to-end project implementation experience in SAP MM / S4 Hana (Logistics) / Ariba
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions and working with global teams
- Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements, robust architecture and good design.
- Flexibility in adopting to new areas of work, domain and technical competencies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Added advantage:
- Experience in indirect procurement / Retail process
- Hands-on experience in handling large size SAP Retail and Indirect Procurement implementations for Fortune 100 clients
