Dinjan Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Project Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

 Technical experience in solution design and development.

 Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Jquery, React JS, Next JS, Vue JS.

 Backend: PHP and MVC frameworks like Laravel, Node JS, etc.

 Database: MySQL and MongoDB

 Mobile App: Flutter with Dart Programming language, GetX, Bloc and Provider project architecture.

 Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.

 Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, budget, expenditure, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.

 Assembling and leading the project team, proactively addressing and resolving project-related challenges to minimize disruptions.

 Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.

 Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.

 Arrange and attend daily/weekly meetings with the software development team to ensure direct reports, understand their role on assigned projects, and address and solve issues.

 Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.

 Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.

 Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.

 Conduct thorough testing and quality checks before project deliverables are finalized, delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products & and performance.

 Conduct post-project reviews to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

 A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

 Proven experience in project management and software development.

 Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.

 Excellent technical knowledge as well as presentation skills.

 Good leadership, decision-making, written and verbal communication, and organization skills.

 Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

 Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.

 Should be self-motivated, confident with a pleasing personality, and must be able to handle a team of 5-15 individuals.
