SAP Finance Consultant/Business System Analyst Hybrid Mode Bangalore Location - Rotational shift - evening and Night
Job highlights Key Responsibilities: · Resolve incidents by analyzing user-reported issues, identifying root causes, and providing solutions or workarounds. · Clarify tickets logged with requesters and communicate about the resolution progress. · Ensure satisfactory customer service and prompt response times to the requesters based on service level objectives. · Contribute to recurring and complex problem analysis and resolution by collaborating with cross-support / development teams. · Identify cases requiring higher level expertise and escalate them to senior support analysts. · Follow up with the development teams on bug-fix resolution. · Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and KB articles. Minimum Qualifications: · Experience with the FICO functional module with a minimum of 4 years of experience in S/4. · Good knowledge of the Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) business process with hands-on configuration and technical experience. · Good knowledge of the revenue recognition process. · Knowledge in FI-CO, FI-MM and FI–SD integration. · Knowledge of BRIM, MBC, FSCM, and FI-CA. · Good understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL processes. Additional Qualifications: · Knowledge/Experience in other applications like Ariba, Concur, Vertex, and VIM. · Experience in ETL tools and SAP BO will be an added advantage. · Experience in EBS & DMEE configuration.
