About US,
What started off as a CREATERS venture was now mushrooming into a full-fledged startup company with dedicated teams setup to handle individual departments. CREATERS was officially launched in the year 2010 to cater to the huge void growing in the market for vendors offering excellent solutions in the web, mobile and digital spheres.
We executed 20+ projects in the first 6 months and the numbers quickly rose to 50+ in the next 12 months; and we achieved all this with a bare-bones technical team of less than 10 members. Having savored this success, we knew it was the right time to plunge into uncharted waters and take the next huge step in the digital revolution.
WORK LOCATION: Chennai / Vietnam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct discovery workshops with clients to gather requirements, perform 'As-Is' and Fit/Gap analysis and align Salesforce technology's offerings and capabilities to the client's business needs
• Provide Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to clients
• Engage internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing and solution delivery
• Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases
• Participate in developing software applications using Salesforce technologies
• Ensure that optimal coding standards are adhered to throughout project delivery, participate in code reviews
• Conduct UAT, core user/end user training on implemented solutions
• Provide support in a pre-sale's capacity (demos, proposals)
• Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions, knowledge sharing and training to newcomers.
• You will be part of a team building a new platform. Salesforce Architects are ultimately responsible for the 'Solution' to the given business requirements and to understand the implementation from a technical perspective.
• Translate business requirements and create solution architecture that best leverages the Salesforce platform and is in line with Salesforce best practices for use of APEX,data raptor, and integration procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 10+ years' experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects,
• Experienced at least 2 full cycles of Salesforce projects in the Solution Architect role
• Rapid comprehension of client's system architecture to provide an envisioned future technology stack via roadmap
• Wide knowledge of Customer Engagement solution on various industries
• Excellent communication skill in customer interaction, presentation, story-telling and engagement skills
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform and its integration with other systems.
• Analyze business requirements and provide expert recommendations and roadmaps for Salesforce platform and application solutions, considering integration with other systems.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture diagrams, ensuring that solutions are well-designed, scalable, and adhere to best practices
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring and coaching team members on standard methodologies for design, development, and system integration
• Lead the development of proof of concepts (POCs) to validate the design and performance of solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to create innovative POCs that encompass various systems
• Excellent technical writing skills in solution illustration, proposal and contract writing
• Excellent problem-solving skills in articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual and impactful manner
