Role - Salesforce Business Analyst Experience 5 to 7 years Location - Hyderabad (Hybrid) Mandatory Skills - Salesforce Cloud / Experience Cloud with Business Analyst

Position Summary: As a Salesforce Business Analyst specializing in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Salesforce functionalities to optimize sales processes and improve customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and IT, to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders to understand needs and pain points. Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions to meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications. Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions. Lead and participate in testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing. Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce configurations to improve system performance and user experience. Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce developers to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant preferred. Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation, including workflows, process builder, and Lightning components. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) principles, and customer experience (CX) concepts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred. Familiarity with data migration, integration tools, and APIs (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
