Job description
Coordination with sales team & Prepare Monthly quarterly and yearly sales forecast & Revenue forecast
Manage, Controlling and monitoring EMS partner on manufacturing processes
To Provide software release and hardware details to EMS for manufacturing
Dealing with SCM team for Electronics/ Mechanical/ Packing -BOM critical parts availability and provide own supplied material planning of local suppliers to SCM
Coordinate with SCM for timely release of Purchase Orders to EMS partner based on the management approved prices
Scheduling & submission of monthly production plans to EMS based on Sales forecast
Monthly submission of production and delivery plans from EMS
Coordination with R&D and customer support team for configuration related & field deployment issues
Resources review meeting with stakeholder for upcoming projects
Co-ordination with EMS partner for their production planning and review of material & other resources planning
Scheduling & monitoring of PPR & NPI of new projects with Engineering/ R&D team
Knowledge of SAP MM/ PP module & MRP release on sales forecast
Ensuring 100% verification of BOM/BOQ as per order to run MRP in SAP &
Close coordination with stores for kitting to load in production for product assembly
Ensure jobwork related DPR/daily Shortages/monthly production Plan and execution as per customer requirements.
Customer order management & Timely order execution and closing
