Job description
Essential Qualifications & Experience Degree: Bachelors / Masters in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Mechatronics) / Physics or similar Several years of leadership experience (line or project with minimum 5 reports) Minimum 5 years Engineering experience in Automotive Experience in developing essential competencies Experience in the use of management tools like PTC Integrity Experience in the use of architectural design tools like enterprise architect Knowledge in automotive standards such as ISO 26262 and Automotive Spice. Proven communication, teamwork and organizational talents. Familiar with powertrain / drivetrain technologies Skilled handling of customers and suppliers Organizational talent Compliance matrix and RFQ handling competency Experience of working in Continuous Integration & Deployment environment Essential Competencies Leadership Business acumen Conflict management Decision making Excellent communication Good negotiation skills Customer focused Time management
