Job Title: Associate (Voice, Insurance Claim, EV)

Work Schedule: 5 days working
Salary: 15k-22k
Shift Timings:
- (a) 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM
- (b) 5.30 PM to 3.30 AM
- (c) 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM
Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance claims and EV services.
- Provide assistance and information to customers regarding their queries or concerns.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts as per the provided schedule.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
