Head of Premier Partner Academy
.Min 10-15 years of experience in insurance or financial services preferably with 5 years plus in L&D
.Expertise in managing a training team and providing coaching and mentoring.
.Expertise in designing, developing, delivering and evaluating training programs and courses using various modalities and methodologies, and applying adult learning principles and instructional design models.
.Develop and oversee the training vision, mission, strategy and roadmap for the Partner Academy ensuring that it meets the current and future needs of the partners and the organization.
.Experience in establishing and monitoring the training metrics and KPIs and reporting on the training effectiveness and ROI.
.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
.Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills and ability to influence and persuade diverse audience.
.Passionate about learning and development and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
.A National Portfolio with a premier team size of 10 to 12 as per the requirement.
.Execution of the Key National Strategy for Partner Creation / Retention / Development.
.Implementation of Learning Road Maps and Important Learning Curriculum - (Online and Classroom).
.Enabling the Channel to scale higher productivity on Agency Partner Cohort.
.Accountable for Internal Promotion and progression of Partners in terms of team size and productivity.
.Conversion of Joined Partners into productive Partners / Maintenance of Partners count maintenance net of terminations.
.Providing feedback to & alignment between Zone office and home office on the strategies designed and it implementation.
.Home office on the Strategies designed and implemented.
