Total years of experience and Industry Min2 years Max 10 Years Industry: Automotive OEM, Reputed Tool Rooms, Reputed Design office
Domain/CAD Software experience.
Softwareo Working knowledge in Catia V5 (Surface Modeling)/UG NX
o Working Knowledge in Autofor m or PAM STAMP Domaino Process feasibility study
o Process optimizationo Method plan designo Sound knowledge of Skin panel qual ity requirements
o Draw Panel development for better quality, blank utilization and for better processo Sound
Knowledge in product design change proposal for process feasibility and formability
o Optimization of Blank holder shape
o Optimization of bead geometry
o Optimization of Blank size for better utilizationo
Panel flow study (Press automation) :
Study of transfer curves for Cross bar and tri-axis transfer presso Die size calculations
o Sound knowledge of various types of dies used in automotive industry
o Sound kn owledge of various cams used in die designo Die Design
o Knowledge on manufacturing process (from design to mass production)
