THE POSITION
The position reports to Director of Strategy, Business Development, Operations & International Business
The Business Analyst is responsible for successfully managing and implementing the strategic projects for BI India by working closely in collaboration with Cross-functional teams and applying the best practices of project management.
The role is also responsible for executing inorganic growth opportunities for BI India.
This role requires effective alliance management with the internal and external stakeholders and work towards the execution of successful closure of projects.
The role also supports in preparing of project proposals, analyses and delivering insights, developing presentations, and facilitating projects meetings.
Accountabilities: - Responsible for overall ownership of strategic projects and lead projects from concept through delivery. Responsible for formulating & laying out the strategic initiatives by working with cross functional teams. Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Responsible for implementation of identification of Business Development opportunities. Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, generate product development ideas and implement.
- Responsible for executing inorganic growth opportunities for BI India by working closely in collaboration with Cross-functional departments.
- Preparing analyses and delivering insights, developing presentations and facilitating strategic meetings.
- Lead/facilitate all project governance meetings.
Regulatory and / or Organizational Requirements: - Analytical skills
- Knowledge of India pharma market and life sciences industry.

Minimum Education/Degree Requirements: - Science graduate preferably with Post Graduation in Business Management
Required Capabilities, Skills, Experience, Competencies: - 2-5 years in top tier management consulting experience with good exposure and focus on serving life science clients.
- Up to date knowledge of India pharma market and life sciences industry.
- Demonstrate Project management and cross functional skills.
- Demonstrated experience in strategy implementation.
- Understanding of issues affecting multinational businesses in India.
- Strong ability to partner, develop and maintain positive, professional working relationships both internally and externally .
