Job description
HVAC Quality Controller | Salary : 50 - 60 k | Education : BE in Mechanical | Location : Bangalore & Mumbai | Immediate joiner MEP and HVAC industry only
JD Of QC-
Industry- MEP/ HVAC
Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
➢ï€Checking construction activities stage wise.
➢ï€Training all subcontractors/ labours about the quality requirement as per QMS.
➢ï€Maintain Material inspection (MIR) and testing records.
➢ï€Identify and ensure development of methods, ITPs and all quality records.
➢ï€Organizing and conducting Quality audits with co-ordination of all the concerned
department heads.
➢ï€Identify and develop master list of testing and measuring equipment Calibration.
➢ï€Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues & organizing and
conducting management review meeting at regular intervals at site.
➢ï€Ensure QA/QC test on materials as per ITP.
➢ï€Coordinate with the customer's representative on all quality matters.
➢ï€Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as- built hand over
through the engineer.
➢ï€Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action.
➢ï€Carrying out the Welding inspection before, during and after welding operation as per
approved test plan, relevant engineering drawing, standard and project specification
