Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Oceanmtech. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and payroll administration. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India, with a junior level of experience requirement (1 to 3 years).

• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding process
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Administer payroll and benefits programs
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
• Oversee performance management process and provide coaching to managers and employees
• Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports
