Job Description / Role PROJECT MANAGER
Employment: Full Time
Salary Budget: 8 LPA to 10 LPA, depending on exp. and skillset
Location: Delhi/ PAN India
Travelling: - Yes
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering is a must.
Experience: - 10-12 years
The incumbent will be responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource
allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring
compliance with quality standards. He will cover all the areas of project management like -
Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract
Administration, and Safety Management.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee the project implementation from start to finish.
- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources
needed.
- Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign individual
responsibilities.
- Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking expenses
and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
- Ensure that project activities move according to predetermined schedule.
- Regulatory requirement, contracting agreement, progress monitoring plan Vs.
actual
- Identify goals and project delivery clearly and define all activities necessary to
acquire project goals and objectives.
- Identify needed members for project team. Render every support to the site/service
engineers and plug their grievances in quick and effective manner. Periodic
assessment of the work progress and site/service engineers work performance at
project sites. To act as prime contact point for site/service engineers pertaining to
work, their grievances etc.
- Record document concisely and clearly all project plan.
- Perform with subject matter experts all through organization to gather entire
business needs required to attain project goals.
- Conduct change throughout project inclusive of schedule, scope and team
membership.
- Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized manner.
- Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
- Communicate effectively with the Clients, contractors responsible for completing
various phases of the project.
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include Clients,
consultants, Weight & Measurement authorities, Clients, contractors, sub-
contractors and labourers.
- Monitor the progress of the Project activities on a regular basis and hold regular
status meetings with all the sub-teams and/or site/service engineers.
- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
- To assist with establishment, effective implementation and monitoring of the
health & safety culture.
- Periodic inspection of project sites.
- Ensure project documents are complete.
- Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to
disputes and claims.
- Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team
before passing to client.
Requirements Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a must.
Minimum 10-12 years of work experience in Tolling/ Highway management system,
Smart City Projects, Heavy Machinery/ Earth Movers/ JCB, Highway Infrastructure.
Qualification in project management or equivalent.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
Direct work experience in project management capacity.
Proven experience in people management.
Proficient in project budgeting and matching the deadlines.
