Overview Accountability for the solution architecture and design governance for Demand Planning for diverse and largescale supply chain networks. This role is the IT Solution Design Lead for Demand Planning as it relates to the global processes defined by the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT). Ability to provide IT knowledge to enable common global designs, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery and governance of PGT solution capabilities. This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo’s SAFe agile principles. In depth understanding of demand Planning to evaluate business problem statement, analyze, articulate and lead in end-to-end solution build and governance of demand planning process Responsibilities Act as the Demand and Supply Chain Planning Expert for architecting solutions being delivered within the end to end process • Identify gaps, design & develop the solutions as required to enhance PGT solution capabilities across all in-scope PepsiCo markets and sectors • Drive completion of key project activities in collaboration with the Demand Planning and Supply Planning IT Solution Design Leads and business partners • Act as advocate of change • Primary point of contact for integration of PGT Demand Planning and Supply Planning from Hyderabad • Escalate appropriate decisions making requirements or process “choice points” to Global Process Owner • Willing to challenge status quo and ask difficult questions to drive for optimum solutions and outcomes • Ability to influence and work through others • Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices • Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences • Ability to deliver high quality outcomes Qualifications • 5-7 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing Demand Planning and Supply Planning IT Solution 4+ years of IBP and SAP S4 experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required • IT Expertise in solutions for Demand and Supply Planning • Experience in Demand and Supply Planning solution evaluations and application in planning and scheduling processes • Understanding master data needed for demand planning and Trade Promotions Management Strong expertise in IBP Configuration for Demand Planning / Supply Planning with ability to lead design updates and config changes Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues effectively • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. • Prior experience in working matrix organization and handling multiple stakeholders would be added advantage. • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, Azure Dev Ops, Quality Center and MS Project • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences • Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change • Consulting background a plus • Organize and lead Proof of Concepts to demonstrate new and upcoming technologies • Identify and develop global, reusable components and services Lead delivery of key capabilities in FTS and Presentation skills
