- Should be flexible with day to day travelling
- Maintaining and increasing brand sales. - Reaching the targets and goals set for his dedicated area. - Establishing, maintaining and increasing customer base - Servicing the needs of existing customers. - Make sure about the store ambience as per guideline. - Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market - Setting sales targets for individual reps and Team as a whole - Recruiting and training sales staff - Allocating diff sales targets to store manager , sales representatives. - Enveloping sales strategies and setting targets - Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets - Collecting customer feedback and market research - Keeping up to date with products and competitors.Job tags
