Key Responsibilities Build a fun, vibrant and diverse workplace Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures to support employees in achieving their potential

Hire Amazing Talent from India and around the world Coordinates recruitment process; initiates ads and coordinates recruitment agencies; reviews applications/resumes; assist managers with screening applicants; ensures offers are made in accordance with procedures; Create a repository of resumes of potential candidates for future hiring Coordinates new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures When directed conducts special human resources studies in a variety of areas such as pay practices, turnover, and climate surveys, etc.

Plan People and Growth Partners with managers to plan, analyze, and develop staffing needs and determine organizational structure Conducts new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members Trains employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices Perform non-human resources related administrative and operational duties

Build a performance driven culture Oversee performance evaluation procedures. Identifies employee needs with regard to performance problems, training options, and career development and make recommendations accordingly Provides input to managers with regard to potential enhancements to current personnel practices; assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed.

Build and Implement HR Systems Implement all the functions and features of HRMS Train the employees on self-help features Ensure the employee documents and communications are stored and retrievable Maintain important MIS for HR department and keep management updated

What will you need to succeed in this role? A strong commitment to helping people excel and build a great place to work Proven track record as an HR generalist Interpersonal relationships, discretion and confidentiality Knowledge of employment law Experience of report writing utilising excel, word and power point Experience of using HR Information Systems Recruitment and Selection experience Ability to innovate to create and implement continuous improvement initiatives Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment Ability to support and influence all stakeholders, including Directors across the business Adaptability and flexibility – willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles Education: Bachelor degree with MBA in HR (Preferred)
