Roles and Responsibilities

Ability to solve customer queries and customer's concern.
• Provide support for data and to convince the customers to purchase products.
• To Provide excellent service to our customers.
• Should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
• Responsible to showcase proven work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to take inbound & outbound calls.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Any 9 hours of rotational shift, Flexible with rotational working hours.
