Job description

Role Objective: Product evaluations Optometrist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Product Management Team (PMT) by coordinating product evaluations and other related projects. This position aims to ensure the timely completion of evaluation projects, effective communication of feedback, and collection of market intelligence to facilitate informed decision-making and strategy development.

Desired Candidate Profile: · Optometrist with a minimum of 3-4 years of background in surgical ophthalmology (either in an ophthalmic hospital as an optometrist) or from Pharma ophthalmology is ok with min 3 years’ experience. · Willingness to travel extensively (10-12 days per month). · Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and insights. · Experience working with online survey platforms. · Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Role & Responsibilities: Coordinate for product evaluations as well as other projects related to PMT dept. Work in coordination with AGM PMT for timely completion of evaluation projects and visits to evaluation sites across India for the same. Collect the feedback, summarize them and share the same with the Product Development Committee team. Collect information about competitor's marketing activities and collect + share this information with Sr. Manager – PMT, AGM - PMT & Head of the dept. for market research, product development, product improvement and development of marketing/pricing strategies.

Functional Skills Required: · Proficient in coordinating projects and managing timelines effectively. · Strong analytical skills for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. · Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools. · Experience in conducting presentations and communicating complex information clearly and concisely. · Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations. · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
