Catch-Up Class Specialist

• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Salary: Up to 4 Lakhs per annum (LPA)
• Experience: 2 to 3 years (freshers are welcome)

Catch-Up Classes Coordination:

• Provide catch-up classes to students who missed their regular classes.
• Coordinate with parents to schedule catch-up sessions based on student availability.

Class Management:

• Conduct up to 6 classes per day (both individual and group sessions).
• Ensure engaging and effective teaching methods to enhance students' chess skills.

Parent Communication:

• Regularly communicate with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Address any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

Schedule Management:

• Create and manage class schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of time slots.
• Coordinate with other trainers to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Student Assessment:

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify areas where additional support is needed.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with chess strategies, teaching techniques, and industry trends.
• Attend relevant workshops and training sessions.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Sports, or related field preferred).
• A minimum FIDE rating of 1500 is required.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching chess.

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday).
• Office-based role in Noida.
