Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and placement of new employees, performance reviews, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Manager will also support the company's strategic goals through employee development and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with payroll administration and benefits administration
• Ability to handle employee relations and performance reviews
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Ability to analyze data and create reports
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare or nutrition industry is a plus
• Experience with training and development initiatives is a plus
• Admin & Office Management Roles
