How you’ll spend your time: • Working on several types of client engagements, including documentation and planning studies, and benchmarking memos • Evaluating intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans and conducting financial statement analysis of multinational and domestic corporations • Conducting both U.S. and foreign comparable company searches using Capital IQ database and Withum’s proprietary transfer pricing analysis model • Conducting searches for licensing agreements via KtMINE and other databases. • Working with other analysts and managers conducting detailed economic, financial, and accounting analyses demonstrating an understanding of transfer pricing concepts and method application • Assisting manager in conducting functional interviews with clients, including primary note-taking to capture the details of the business • Preparing and analyzing financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance • Conducting industry and market research The kinds of people we want to talk to have many of the following: • 3+ years of Transfer Pricing Experience • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field • Experience in a Consulting or Professional Services practice preferred • Strong analytical and report writing skills • Strong research and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transfer pricing software and technology Withum will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or because he or she is a protected veteranJob tags
