Key Responsibilities : Independent Strategy Development : Formulate and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the B2B services market, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X to engage a professional audience and establish brand authority. Content Creation and Design for Lead Gen : Produce engaging, informative content across platforms, leveraging your design skills to craft visually appealing posts aimed at lead generation and conversion within the B2B services space. Lead Generation Expertise : Apply advanced social media marketing techniques to generate leads, showcasing a proven track record of success in lead generation for the B2B sector. Employer Branding : Utilize social media to communicate our culture and values effectively, enhancing our positioning as an employer of choice within the B2B services industry. LinkedIn Outreach and Engagement: Implement strategic LinkedIn campaigns to foster connections with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners, focusing strongly on B2B lead generation and networking. Management of Executive and Company Profiles : Oversee and maintain the social media presence of key executives and the company, ensuring a consistent, professional brand image. Analytics and Performance Optimization : Independently monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, especially in lead generation efforts, and adapt strategies to optimize ROI. Qualifications : - Master's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in social media management within the B2B services sector, with a significant emphasis on independent lead generation and content marketing. - Demonstrated ability to generate tangible leads and business opportunities through strategic social media initiatives, especially within the B2B context. - Proficiency in creating and managing content across various social media platforms, with strong design acumen (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills preferred). - Proven experience managing high-profile social media accounts for executives and companies in line with B2B branding strategies. - Expertise in utilizing social media analytics and tools to derive actionable insights and inform strategy adjustments for optimal lead generation and engagement. - Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills tailored to resonate with a B2B audience. - Smart Working and AI Tools Proficiency: Adept at working efficiently with a keen understanding of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Playground.ai, and other relevant technologies, leveraging these tools to optimize content creation and social media strategies.
